-The only dietary restriction practiced by members of some Christian sects is the practice of not

eating meat or eating only fish on Fridays during Lent. Some Christians also symbolically fast.
Otherwise, Christians eat whatever foods they enjoy and have access to.

-Christians are largely encouraged to choose their diet based on the way that they feel led by
God to live the most Godly lifestyle. In general, they are able to consume meat, including beef,
pork and shellfish, if they choose to do so. They are also permitted to consume dairy products,
vegetables and fruits.
