Presentation, Analysis, and Interpretation of Data: Age of The Respondents
This chapter contains the presentation, analysis, and presentation of quantitative data. The
data gathered through survey and treated statistically using different statistical methods and
techniques. Then, the result of the survey is presented through tables for analysis and
interpretation.

Table 1 shows the age of the respondents. Age 3-30 has a frequency of 24 with 80% percentage,
and age 30-50 has a frequency of 6 with 20% percentage. A total of 100% of 30 respondents.
Most of the respondents are in age 3-30 and in least numbers were in 30-50.

Question number 1. Do you find it hard to control your mobile phone usage? Got 17 yeses and
13 nos. This means that most of them is having a hard time controlling their mobile phone usage.
Only 13 said no that means they can control their phone usage.
Question number 2. Do you often get angry if someone interrupts you during your mobile phone
usage? Got 19 yeses and 11 nos. This question shows that most of them gets angry when
Question number 3. Do you feel lost and frustrated without your mobile phone? Got 23 yeses
and 7 nos. This visualizes that most of the respondents can’t overcome the days without their
smartphones. They often get sad when they were away from their phones. Only 7 said no.
Question number 4. Do you prefer to use mobile phone rather than spend time with others? Got
15 yeses and 15 nos which resulted with a tie. Half of the respondents prefer to isolate their
selves alone with their phone instead of spending time with their friends. The other half prefer to
spend time with their friends and loved-ones rather than insolating their selves with their phones.
Conclusion
Table 2 reveals that there are indeed behavioral changes in excessive usage of mobile phones
