to deliver the export cargo. Suggest the ways to protect the cargo from

SECTION-C
Case Study (Compulsory): 10M
M/s. Renin Export House is a garment manufacturing exporter head
quartered at Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone (VSEZ). The company
received an export order for making of cotton fabric T-Shirts, pants &
blazers, a total of 50,0,000 pieces / units. The importer has specific demand
of packing styles to be followed (flat pack with (90° angle) for T – shirts,
hanger pack for Blazer, coats and pants, packing material to be written in
French language and the buttons to be imported from France. In order to
execute the export order, the exporter need some imports of raw material
(Yarn) and Packing Material, Machines to stitch accordingly and pack as per
the negotiations under the export contract. The choice of loading port is
Visakhapatnam and destination port is Marseille, France.
a. Give a list of pre requisites of becoming an exporter and permissions, and
also list out the regulatory and commercial documents of the process.
b. Suggest an action plan to execute the export order with an import plan for
packing tools and accessories.
c. Give a suitable licence to import the required machine/s through import
licences available to manufacturer exporters.
d. Draw a Flow Chart of Export Procedures, and list out the documents of
duty draw back in the post shipment process.
