The startup movement is growing in the world, especially those in the

a business when they have to manage their own capital by borrowing from
friends or family. Therefore, the venture capital fund was born in helping
startups feel more favorable in their startup journey.

capital funds. Logivan focuses on the field of transportation, they specialize in
providing freight services from the North to the South and are expanding and
developing to the point of being dubbed the "Uber of trucks". Logivan became a
typical prominent enterprise in the Vietnamese startup world when it called for
investment capital of up to 7.9 million USD from abroad.
Mrs. Pham Khanh Linh, CEO as well as co-founder of Logivan, believes that the
key to Logivan's success is receiving investment capital from venture capital funds.
Although there are still many difficulties in the start-up process, Mrs. Linh shared
that investors are still quite hesitant when deciding to pour money into domestic
startups, adding that many young businesses find it difficult to have the
opportunity to access investment capital because of weak financial qualifications
or English language barrier. She also shared that this success is not only due to
venture capital, but also thanks to the consensus of the company's employees and
4.0 application technology strategy to help the company expand and develop,
thereby attracting capital contributions from foreign investors. The $5.5 million
investment in 2019 came from angel investors and venture capital firms across
Asia, including Matrix Partners (China) founding partner David Su, The Alpha

profitable than himself. After receiving funding from Jim Breyer, Mark decided to
change the name of TheFacebook to Facebook and bought the domain
