ECM depends on the secondary speed timing
contact both sensors well sensor in Firing order
using special instructions attached with the seals
install new seal kit kit to correctly install the seals.

 Comments

we were suspecting that the problem is from the fuel

system ( injection Disabled) to check weather it's from
the fuel system or the starting circuit we jump start the
starting circuit between the positive terminal and the
solenoid of the starter and it work

ECM Was not showing any code I identified the problem

for status screen, showing that the sensor are not
detected during Cranking.
