Dignity Essay

Dignity is defined as the state of being worthy of honor or respect. When this concept is associated with
the adjective human , it is used to denote that all human being possess equal inherent worth and
therefore ought to be accorded the highest respect and care , regardless of age ,gender, status ,health
conditions , ethnic origins , political ideas or religion.

Dignity is the most important thing to the human spirit . It means being valued and respected for what
you are, what you believe in and how you live your life.Treating other people with dignity and respect
means treating them the way we’d like to be treated ourselves . Dignity is the right of a person to be
valued and respected for their own sake and to be treated ethically. It is of significance in morality ,
ethics, law and politics as an extension of the enlightment-era concept of inherent inalienable rights
Showing dignity isn’t hard at all we should respect other peoples right and thoughts we should address
people properly and we should respect people and treat them with love and care.

Only with having dignity are people able to achieve things lie being good in school , finding friends
leading a happy life and maybe even making a difference in the world . Having dignity means being
treated with respect and treating others with respect.
