I invite your attention to the subject and references cited. Vide reference 3 rd cited, the AD, Mines &
Geology, Mancherial has imposed penalty on the JCB vehicle of Smt. Perugu Jyothi Laxmi W/o P.Thirupathi R/o.
Thimmapur village of Luxettipet and vide reference 4 th cited, Smt. Perugu Jyothi Laxmi W/o P.Thirupathi R/o.
Thimmapur village of Luxettipet mandal has remitted the penalty amount vide Challan No. 6200567929 for and
amount of Rs.13,200/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand and Two Hundred only) and 2) Challan No. 6200568102 for
Rs.25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).

The Station House Officer, Police Station, Dandepally is requested to release the JCB bearing
No.TS19C 2464 to the individual under proper acknowledgement.
