Officer post shall be appointed to the Special Adhoc Promotion Post-II (24 years)
Scale which is the next higher scale above the pay scale of the post is holding-Reg.

I, J.Asheervadam, Village Revenue Officer, Dwaraka cluster of Dandepaly mandal have been
completed 24 years of service in the post of Office Subordinate & Village Revenue Officer on 02.12.2015.
So, I am eligible for appointment to the Special Adhoc Promotion Post Scale-II (24 years) which is the next
higher scale above the pay scale of the post is holding w.e.f 03.12.2015 vide reference cited above. I am
submitting my original service register along with proposals for verification.
Hence, I request for your kind authority forward my application to the higher authorities for
appointment to the Special Grade Promotion Post Scale at an early date.
