All Open Category students are here by informed to fill up the Online Rajshree Chatrapati shahu maharaja
shikshan skulk scholarship forms on Website https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/Home/Indexalong with the
necessary documents as per the details given below :-

Income Limit:- Rs. 8,00,000/-


Documents Required with the Form.
1. Caste certificate
2. Mark lists of Previous semesters.
3. Fees Receipt of Current A.Y. (2021-22)
4. Income Certificate (year 2021-22) issued
By Tahsildar / Collectors office (original)
5. Aadhar Card
6. Xerox copy of Nationalise Bank Pass book.
7. Domicile Certificate
8. Ration Card
9. Gap Certificate if applicable (Original)
(on Rs. 100 Stamp Paper)
Note: - Students should open own Bank account in the Union Bank of
India, any branch before filing the online form.

Follow the Instructions for the fill online Freeship / Scholarship forms.

1) Visit the website https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/Home/Index


2) They you will find the following option:
o New Applicant Registration-(For New Fresh Students Register)
o Applicant Login – (For Renewal Students)
3) Please click on “ Application Registration”
4) Click on “Director of Higher Education “
5) Then Click on “Rajarshri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Scheme”
6) The guidelines of NPCI Mapping of Aadhar card is attached herewith separately.
(NPCI mapping form is available at the end of this notice)

GUIDELINES TO FILL FREESHIP/ SCHOLARSHIP FORM

1. To fill the Freeship/ Scholarship form student are requested to visit the MahaDBT website or click on the link
https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in/Home/Index

2. After clicking on link you will see the Mahadbt home page.

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS:

1. Student who are applying for the first time for MahaDBT Freeship/ Scholarship have to do the Registration
process.
2. Applicants will be able to register themselves through online registration process.
3. Student have to click on “New Applicant Registration button”
4. Student have to type his name in “Applicant Name”
5. Then create Username and Password (Username and Password should be kept safely by student)
6. Student have to enter working Email ID (It will be used by MahaDBT for communication with student)
7. Student have to enter working Mobile Number (It will be used by MahaDBT for communication with student)
8. Student have to do Verification of Email ID and Mobile Number.
9. After Verification click on “Register Button” you will be redirected to new page.
10. New Login Page will appear where student have to enter Username and Password.
11. It will ask - Do You Have Aadhar Number?
12. Click Yes on continue Button with registration process.
13. Choose Authentication Type - There are two types of authentication available.
a) OTP - If the mobile number registered with Aadhar, then the user can Enter the authentication type - OTP
b) Biometric – If the mobile number not registered with Aadhar, then the user can Enter the authentication
type as Biometric.
c) Tick on the consent check box to agree to share your information with Maharashtra government for DBT
purpose

d) Enter Aadhar number and click on “Send OTP” button. The system validates the Aadhar number and sends
the system generated “OTP” to the registered mobile number.

e) An alert message displayed saying that – OTP for Aadhar authentication has been sent to your Aadhar
linked registered Mobile number. Click on OK button.

f) Enter the received OTP in the system and click on ―Verify OTP button
g) Post successful OTP verification an alert message ―Authentication Successful! Please click on Continue
will be displayed on the screen. Click on OK button to continue with registration.
h) It will show the basic information form of student (certain details on form will appear automatically).
i) If any detail is pending kindly fill it and save the form.

HOW TO CREATE PROFILE ON MAHADBT PORTAL:


 Click on “Applicant Login” button
 Enter the Username and Password as entered during registration.
 Enter the valid Captcha and Click on Login
 If Applicant Forgets User Name then Click on Forgot User Name button on the Home DBT page.
 Applicant will have to enter Full Name, Mobile number which is registered on the portal and Date of birth
 After entering the details, Click on Get User Name button. Applicant will receive SMS on the Mobile
number which was used while registration into the Portal.
 If Applicant Forgets Password then Click on Forgot Password button on the Home DBT page.
 After the above step user will have to click on “Get OTP” button. SMS will be received on Registered
mobile number.
 User will have to enter OTP. Enter New Password ,Confirm Password and click on Set Password button.
 After Successful Login to the Portal, the user will see Welcome page by default.

 Aadhar Number - Aadhar Number of Student
 Name - Full Name of Student
 Mobile Number - Student working mobile number
 Email ID - Student Working Email ID
 Date of Birth - Student Date of Birth
 Age - Student Age
 Gender - Enter the appropriate option
 Religion - Enter the appropriate religion from Dropdown
 Marital Status - Enter the appropriate option
 Caste Category - Enter the appropriate caste category
 Caste - Enter the appropriate caste
 Sub Caste - Enter the appropriate sub caste
 Do you have Caste Certificate - Enter appropriate option
 Did you receive the certificate from Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra or Aaple Sarkar Portal and have a
barcode on it? - Enter “NO”
 Caste Certificate Number - Enter Valid Certificate Number available on Certificate
 Issuing District - Enter appropriate option
 Applicant Name - Enter student name
 Issuing Authority - Enter appropriate authority
 Upload Caste Certificate (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
 Issuing Date - Enter Issuing Date of Caste Certificate
 Family Annual Income - Enter appropriate information
 Do you have Income Certificate? - Enter appropriate option
 Did you receive the certificate from Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra or Aaple Sarkar Portal and have a
barcode on it? - Enter “NO”
 Income Certificate No - Enter valid Income Certificate Number Available on Certificate
 Issuing Authority - Enter appropriate authority
 Upload Income Certificate - (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
 Date of Issue - Enter Issuing Date of Income Certificate
 Are you Domicile of Maharashtra? - Enter appropriate option
 Do you have Domicile Certificate (Self/Parents)? - Enter appropriate option
 Did you receive the certificate from Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra or Aaple Sarkar Portal and have a
barcode on it? - Enter “NO”
 Domicile Certificate No. - Enter valid Domicile Certificate Number Available on Certificate
 Applicant Name - Enter Student name
 Issuing authority - Enter appropriate authority
 Upload Domicile Certificate - (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
 Date of issue - Enter Issuing Date of Domicile Certificate.

 Do you have Disability Certificate (Yes/No) - Enter appropriate option
 Sibling Number - Enter required information
 Is your Account linked bank account a Jandhan/ Yuva Account, or does the account have a limit
on withdrawal or deposit? - Enter appropriate option
 Bank Account Number - Enter Valid Bank Account Number
 IFSC Code - Enter valid IFSC code of bank
 Branch Name - Enter Branch name of Bank
 Then Click on Save and Next Page will appear.

 Address Information (Permanent and Correspondence Address)


 Address - valid residential address
 State - Enter appropriate state
 District - Enter appropriate district
 Taluka - Enter appropriate taluka
 Village - Enter appropriate village
 Pin code - Enter valid Pin code
 If “is Correspondence Address as same as Permanent?” if Yes is selected then Permanent address
content details will get copied in Correspondence address. If no is selected, then Applicant will
have to manually enter Correspondence Address Details
 Then Click on Save and Next page will appear

 Other Information
 Is Father alive? - Select appropriate option
 Father Name - Enter Full Name of Father
 Is Salaried? - Select appropriate option
 Occupation - Select appropriate option
 Is Mother alive? - Select appropriate option
 Mother Name - Enter Full Name of Mother
 Is Salaried? - Select appropriate option
 Occupation - Select appropriate option
 Then Click on Save and Next page will appear.

 Current Course
 Admission year in Current Course - Select appropriate year
 Institute State - Select appropriate state
 Institute District - Select appropriate district
 Institute Taluka - Select appropriate taluka
 Qualification Level - Select appropriate qualification level
 Stream - Select appropriate stream
 College Name/ School Name - Select appropriate college
 Course Name - Select appropriate course name (Select course which have unaided in its name)
 Year of Study - Select appropriate year

 Admission Date - Enter admission date of current academic year
 Fees paid - Enter Fees paid by student
 Upload Fees/ Admission Receipt/ Bonafide certificate (Primary Admission receipt) (Only jpeg,
jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
 Mode - Select appropriate option
 Then Click on Save and Next page will appear.
 Note : Student who are in Second Year and filling Freeship/ Scholarship form for first time
have to add there First Year details and then they have to add there Second year details.

 Past Qualification
 Note : If student is in First year then he/she have to add his/ her S.S.C and H.S.C
information and if in undergraduate Second or Third year then he/ she have to add his/ her
First year or second year details respectively.
 Qualification Level - Select appropriate qualification level
 Stream - Select appropriate stream
 Completed - Select appropriate option
 Institute State - Select appropriate state
 Institute District - Select appropriate district
 Institute Taluka - Select appropriate taluka
 College Name/ School Name - Select appropriate college
 Course Name - Select appropriate course name
 Board/ university - Select appropriate Board/ University
 Mode - Select appropriate option
 Academic year - Select appropriate academic year
 Passing year - Select appropriate passing year
 Result - Select appropriate option
 Percentage - Enter Valid Percentage
 Attempts - Enter number of attempts
 Upload Marksheet (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
 Was any Gap in this Qualification/ Course? - Select appropriate option
 Click on Save if you have added any course which you have completed OR Directly Click on
Next Tab Hostel Details.

 Hostel Details
 Beneficiary Category - Select Day Scholar
 Then Click on save

Note: After successfully putting the data from Personal Information Tab to Hostel Information Tab Student
Profile will be created and it Completeness will be shown at the Right hand side Corner of the screen

Next Steps will be Selecting Scheme and applying for it.

PROCESS TO APPLY FOR SCHEME


1. To apply for particular Freeship/ Scholarship scheme student have to click on “All Scheme” Tab.
2. New page will appear which will show All Schemes Name and two Dropdown column.
3. In Department - Select the appropriate Department
4. In Scheme name - Select the appropriate Scheme
5. Student are requested to Select Department and Scheme by looking at the below table:

6. In All Scheme Page select respective Department and Scheme as per the table given above.
7. Click on Search and it show Scheme Name, Department Name, Application Start Date, Application End Date,
Take Action, Download GRs.
a) Scheme Name- Selected Scheme name
b) Department Name - Selected Department name
c) Application Start Date - Date from which Scheme is open
d) Application End Date - Date on which Scheme will close
e) Download GRs - Download GR about Scheme information
8. Click on the “Apply” and new page will appear.
9. Page Heading will be - “Additional Information - (Scheme Name)
a) Is this a renewal application -
i. If student is filling Freeship/ Scholarship form first time they have to select “NO”
ii. If student is studying in Second or third year and filled form in there previous academic year then they
have to select “YES”
iii. If Selected “YES” then student will see new tab to enter your previous year application ID
iv. Enter your last year MahaDBT application ID which student have to enter.
b) If Selected “NO” then continue with next question.
c) Leaving Certificate - Upload Leaving Certificate (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
d) Upload Declaration certificate of parents/ guardians about number of children beneficiaries. (Only jpeg, jpg,
pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB) (Declaration form is available at end of notice)
e) Have you applied for any other scholarship - if student filled any other scholarship form then select “YES”
and if not then select “NO”.
f) Caste Validity - Upload Caste Validity Certificate (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files allowed within 15 KB to 256
KB)
g) Ration card for identify number of children in family - Upload Ration Card (Only jpeg, jpg, pdf files
allowed within 15 KB to 256 KB)
h) How many boys child (Including you) in your family of the same parents? - Select appropriate option
i) Once all document and details are uploaded then click on save.
j) After Click on Save New Tab will open which will show the full form of student including all details of
student and scheme applied, at the end of Page “SUBMIT” button is available
k) Student have to compulsorily click on “SUBMIT” button.

NOTE :
1. Student have to compulsory create profile on MahaDBT portal
2. Student have to compulsorily apply for Scheme which they are eligible for.
3. Student have to compulsorily Click on “SUBMIT” button which show at the end of final form.
4. Student have to compulsory keep checking his/her MahaBDT login after successful submission of final form.
5. Username and Password of MahaDBT portal should be kept safe by student.
6. The Email Address and Contact number submitted for the registration has to be maintained and functional during
whole academic period of the program.

PROCESS TO CHECK THE STATUS OF APPLICATION/ SCHEME STUDENT HAVE APPILED FOR
1. Student have to login into MahaDBT portal Using there Username and Password.
2. On right hand side you can see tab named as “My Applied Scheme”
3. Click on “My Applied Scheme” it will ask for Selecting Academic year
4. Select the appropriate academic year and click Search.
5. 4 tabs will appear under which student can view there application status
a) Under Scrutiny Application - After final submit application can be seen under this section
b) Approved Application - Application which are approved by Department is shown here
c) Rejected Application - Application rejected by any level of department are shown here
d) Fund Disbursed - Application approved by all level of department are shown under here.
6. Student have requested to keep a continues check on there application status
7. If application is rejected by any level of department student are requested to check the reason of rejection and do
the needful procedure and forward application for checking.
8. If Student fail to check the rejected application and didn’t take necessary action then they are liable to pay the full
fees of course for that Academic year.

GUIDELINES OF NPCI MAPPING


1. NPCI Mapping is done for linking Aadhar Card with student bank account
2. NPCI Mapping with Aadhar card is compulsory for student because without that student won’t receive MahaDBT
fund into there Bank Account.
3. NPCI Mapping form is available at the end of this Notice.
4. Student have to Download that form only.
5. Form should be filled by student (Handwritten)
6. Submit this NPCI duly filled form along with Aadhar Card into bank in which student want its fund should be
disbursed.
7. If Aadhar Card is not linked with Bank account then fund won’t be disbursed from MahaDBT Department
8. If funds are not disbursed, student have to pay the balance full balance fees of course during that academic year.
