a) Services: Mobile application based online raw, marinated or pre-cooked food


delivery service. Consumers doesn’t need to worry about their food safety, they don’t
need to waste the extra food as they will cook the food at home. On the other side
restaurant owner who doesn’t like be hassled by online food complaints can have
some extra rest. And we will handle his stress.

b) Name of the business: The name of my business is Restauhome. It is a


combination of two words restaurant and home. Because our service is to deliver
pre-cooked or marinated food, so consumer needs to cook the rest at home. As we
know brand name should be unique, easy to pronounce and remember. We tried our
best to create our brand name that’s related to the business, which can also be easy
to identify by the consumers.

c) Location: The location will be my neighbourhood Newton. Where more than 60% of
the total community are Asian. So we will offer Asian food at our very first quarter of
start. Most of the customer are lives around 15 to 20 kilometres away from there
preferred restaurant.

d) Target Market:

Gender: Our target consumer will be gender neutral. Male and female both are our
target consumer. More importantly our target audiences are more based on the age
group and income level as well.

Age: The age group could be 18 to 45years old. Young people who like to throw a
party but the limited accessibility of this pandemic they can enjoy house party. In
addition adult consumers who are busy with their daily household work but keep
missing their family hangout at the restaurant now can easily make the food at home

Income: The income level could be 2000+ per month as we can deliver the food in
affordable price than the other delivery service because marinated food or pre-
cooked food can’t be garbage easily. So the restaurant owner need not to be worried
like before.

Cultural Background: Cultural background is a key unique feature of a business.


Where people from different culture lives together, they are always eager to know
each others culture. While food is the one of the main and easiest way to cope with
other culture. So when it’s comes about the restaurant business cultural background

is related to it automatically. Asian people will be the first target consumer while the
second target will be Latin American.

Brand attributes
In this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, everything has changed. People
missing their favourite restaurant and its dishes. Even they can order the food
through online by third-party delivery services, most of the service provider and
restaurant manager are unable to ensure that the food could be good fresh and hot
as same as the restaurant dine-in service. Moreover, for health and safety purpose
most of the food server, kitchen helper even preferred to stay at home than work. So
restaurant owner facing the worst trouble to handle their business than ever before.
On the other hand, most of the food delivery services required 15-30% of the total
cost to deliver the food to the customer, even though they are charging from the
customers as well. So here we have planned to help the customer and the
restaurant as well. We will deliver the pre-cooked or marinated food to the
customers. Then customer do the rest and enjoy the fresh hot dishes at home like
the restaurant. Customers can save their money by save the extra food they used to
throw away. As I mentioned earlier, the location Newton where most of the
consumers are Asian. So we will start with the Asian cuisines like Vietnamese,
Chinse, Indian food as our first break through. Our services will be the mobile
application based. And we will offer 1st time delivery charge is for free. I am very
much confident that consumers and the restaurant manager will like our services.

Visual identity
a)Colour: Colour powerfully impact on hamans behaviour and decision making.
Colour creates the first impression of a business like the logo. Colour is the visual
identity of a brand. 93 percent of the consumers place visual appearances and also
show interest about the brand. On a survey by Kissmart, 85 percent customers
agreed that colour is their primary reason to get the service from the business. [1]

To catch the customer's eye sight, we will use the red/maroon as it known for
excitement and attract customer’s attention. It is truly encouraging appetite. That’s
why restaurant business’s first choice is red. Maroon is also known for express the
hunger. Our secondary colour yellow, while it is describing the joy, happiness etc.
Yellow is also attention grabber, delightful, it’s also promotes happiness and warmth.
Yellow also could be visible from the far away. As you can see below This will be our
project to deliver the food.

Logo

When it is all about to build a business apart from all the others logo needs the first
most priority. Logo creates the first impression of a brand or a business. Logo simply
defines what is your business, what kind of services consumer expect from you. It is
something visual identity to communicate with the customer’s. I created my logo
which is easily related to my business. Consumers can easily identify that it is food
services. As our slogan “ Be your own chef” if you have a look into the hand you can
easily feel that this food is made by a chef, I can be a chef too.
