Step 1
Login into your AutoRecruits Account using your mobile number and password.
Login URL: https://office.autorecruits.in/#/login

Step 2
Open the website of the respective brand allocated to you, if “Maruti” is allocated to you
then go to Dealer network / Dealer Locator Page, URLs for the same are shared. (Note:
Do not refer information on any of the third party websites like just dial, olx, etc.,)
For Example: https://www.marutisuzuki.com/dealer-showrooms

From this website, Try to get the details of dealer specific websites.
For Example: Sai Services, Mumbai. https://www.saiservice.com/

Step 3
On the Left navigational menu > Go to Employer Follow Ups.
Go to “Todays” followup menu

Now you have to Reconcile the information such as Dealer Marketing name, Legal
Name, Common Contact Numbers, Addresses, etc. by clicking on “Profile Section”.

If you find any common contact numbers on Dealers website, than add the same in the
“Other Contacts” menu.

Step 4
Now Refresh your page, as you have all the information ready about a particular
dealership in front of you.
Go to Follow Ups, Click on “>” arrow button, click on “Load other contacts”.

Click on “Green call button” also remember these are common numbers which are
mentioned on websites now you need to gather “HR Managers” contact information.

Introduce yourself:
Hello, I am Dhawal calling from AutoRecruits.in. We have a dedicated job portal for the
automobile dealership industry.
I would like to connect with your HR Manager.

(Note: If the person on the other side is talking / responding in English or Hindi, you
should communicate further in the respective language).

Try to get the details of HR Manager such as


HR Managers Name,
HR Managers Email Id,
HR Managers Contact Number.

Now If you get the details of the “HR MANAGER”, Go to “User Information” and “Add
New User” the details of the HR.

Now that you have gathered HR Managers Information, Refresh the page and now call
the HR Manager using below script:

Hello Mr. Dhruv, I am Dhawal from AutoRecruits.in, We have a dedicated job portal for
Automobile Dealership Industry.
We have recently Launched our Job Portal, Under Inaugural Offer, we are
offering/providing “FREE JOB POSTINGS” to your dealership on our Job Portal.
So Do you have any job openings for your dealership or branches?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If HR Says, NO,
Is there any chance in the near future for job openings to be there?
Schedule a follow up after 10 days.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If HR Says, YES, Then Go the “Branches Information” and “Add Branch”

Over here, you need to get below details from HR Manager:


1. Spoken Name of the Showroom (for example, Wakad Showroom)
2. Location Type (3S, Showroom, Workshop, Spares, Used Car Outlet)
3. Address, (try to get location map after the call).

Refresh the page, go to main screen “Follow Ups” and click on “Job Posts”

Now you need to add details provided by HR for Job posting

1. Designation,
2. Branch,
3. Number of Positions,
4. Gender Preferred,
5. Education, Experience details,
6. Maximum Monthly Salary that can be offered,
7. Vaccination Status,
8. Incentives Offered?
9. Employment details
10. Advanced, if any brand or designation specific candidates are required.
