Nature of Work

• Supervision monitoring and co-coordinating of all activities include maintenance

inspection and testing of gas plant.
• Coordinate with client for maintenance preparation and activities.
• Close supervision coordinating and erection of tube bundle of exchanger using
bundle puller.
• Inspection of tube bundle for corrosion and witness NDE examination where
required.
• Overall servicing and inspection of static equipment.
• Maintenance of all major static equipment like heat exchanger fin fan cooler
column and pressure vessel.
• Maintenance of high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger involving cleaning of
tube with the help of high pressure pump water jetting up to 20000 psi pressure
with the help of power lance.
• Hydro testing for high pressure vessels and shell and tube heat exchanger
• Column- removed and fixed back all types of trays (bubble cap, valve, sieve,
trays).
• Heat exchangers with its all types Shell and tube, Plate & Compact (fixed tube,
floating head, u-tube, and Breech lock....etc.) 
• Loading and unloading catalyst according to the safety material data sheet for
many types of Reactors and vessels.
• Pressure vessel (vertical, horizontal)
• Grouting and alignment of equipment
• Maintenance of valves (Valves like Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, Orbit
Valves, PSVs, Globe Valves, Control Valves, Cato fin Valve
• Review and check job pack including schedule of fabrication and erection
• Package review and arrange material in proper place.

• Material Checking and inspection with Quality Inspector in warehouse,

• Preparation of Maintenance of Heat Exchanger (Tube Bundle Pulling,

visual inspection, buffing, hydro jetting, hydro testing and erection)

• Vessel tank (Man way opening, visual inspection, buffing & testing,
collect box up certificate then Final Box-up)

• Review and check all the piping materials such as pipes, fittings, supports.

• Site visits with over site manager and client co-coordinator.

 • Prepare and start fabrication and erection as per isometric drawing and site
location.

• Consult with delegates to get go ahead of start fabrication on sites.

• Maintaining documentation & quality procedures test package.

• Stage wise inspection Like Material Identification, Fit up, Final Dimension,
Inspection Clearance Note, Erection Fit up, Loop clearance& Insulation of Piping.
• Prepare necessary paper work for the completion of work and get it authorized by
the client after their inspection.

• Physical inspection as per piping GAD, P&ID, loop identification of above

ground & hydro Testing of loop.
• Develop a relationship with the Project Manager and prepare periodical reports on
the progress of work.
• Planning of daily / weekly / monthly erecting progress report, Inspection
Clearance Note, Erection Fit up, Loop clearance& Insulation of Piping.
• Maintaining documentation & quality procedures test package.
• Awareness of various inspection procedure used during the piping fabrication.
• Knowledge of piping codes and standards.
