POLICY GUIDELINES (FY: 2021-22)

(FULLY FUNDED SCHOLARSHIP / SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM FOR QUALITY EDUCATION)

• 3 Batch and Intake of Spring/Fall 2021 (A) 7TH / 8TH Grade leading towards completion of Intermediate level of education (5/6 years, as applicable).
(B) 1-2 Semesters of BS or equivalent level of education program (4/5 years, as applicable).

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 4. PROCEDURE

1) Applicant herself / himself must possess local or domicile of Balochistan
2) Applicants must have enrolled as a fresh intake of Spring / Fall 2021 covering any of the above
education level.
3) The applicant must have obtained at least 60% marks in his/her past or latest academic course exam and taken
admission in any top-ranking educational institute which are recognized as the CoE of BEEF as listed in next
page (s) only during 2021 in any of the education level mentioned above,
4) The applicant either as a regular student of public / government School or College or Institute and appeared as a
private candidate but must have passed out his/her last / latest annual / final academic course exam conducted
by the public / government board e.g. BBISE, FBISE etc.
5) After selection for BEEF under Fully Funded Quality Education Sponsorship Program, the scholarship must
maintain at least 75% attendance in his / her current academic class / year / two consecutive semester of any
education level e.g. A or B as mentioned above, as applicable. However, during any emergency situation, he/she
must be attending online classes as required / allowed by the respective educational institute/CoE.
6) After selection of BEEF’ FFQE Sponsorship, the scholar should not be availing any other scholarship /
sponsorship during the academic course of studies for which he/she has been selected.
7) After selection of BEEF sponsorship, the student should ensure active participation in extra curriculum and
social work activities which should be reported in his / her Annual Performance and Verification Report
(APVR) through his/her respective institutional focal person / co-focal person. The template of APVR shall be
provided soon after the release of 1st installment of first academic year of each intake of scholars.
1) The Focal Person from each partner educational Institute / CoE shall remain in close coordination with BEEF
through Program Manager Scholarships / Incharge of Fully Funded Quality Education Scholarship cum Sponsorship
Program (FFQESP).
2) BEEF’ Fully Funded Quality Education Scholarship cum Sponsorship Program (FFQESP) cover all groups of
Science and Arts / Humanities for the School / College level of education mentioned against A also covering all
subjects of Natural / Sciences and Social Sciences or Humanities (except medicine / medical sciences) for BS / BE or
equivalent level of under graduate Program as declared / notified by HEC time by time.
3) BEEF shall provide the template of Provisional Final Merit List (PFML) hard and soft (MS Excel File contains a
worksheet namely PFML) to be duly filled and share soft data of the same excel file with BEEF.
4) The hard copy / copies of PFML 2021 (3rd Intake) is required to be printed, signed and stamped
by the FP/CFP (shall make sure that the stamp must be mentioning prominently the name of respective Institute). The
PFML also be enclosed with the original SAFs along with attested copies of pre-requisite documents as check-listed
in first page of SAF 2021-22 must be reached to BEEF office within given deadline via courier / TCS
preferably through FP / CFP of the respective institute. The contact list of FPs/CFPs is available at BEEF website /
face book page as all top-ranking Educational Institutions have been recognized as the Centers of Excellence (CoE)
of BEEF.

5. DEADLINE
The deadline for submission of scholarship cum sponsorship applications is Monday 28th February 2022.
