Site Safety Manager will be required to consult and participate with supervisor and Controls
management to develop this SWMS. This document must be completed prior works 2 Moderate 1 Low

• Daily Tool Box Talks will be undertaken to identify, control and communicate additional site hazards All workers are encouraged to
participate with their ideas as to how to improve safety on site.
• Work must cease immediately if incident or near miss occurs. SWMS must be amended in consultation with relevant persons.
• Amendments must be approved by Operations Manager/site supervisor and communicated to all affected workers before work
resumes.
• Election of a health and safety representative will take place before any works start. Consultation is required for changes in
workplace activities
