Restorative &

About me
My name is Ritu King. I have been in
Hatha Yoga Norway for about 4 years now. Yoga has
been a part of my life for over 10 years,
and my practice has helped me grow
stronger, more flexible and fearless, both
on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to
live each moment more mindfully.

I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga vinyasa


training with “ It’s yoga “ and my 50 hours
of advanced teaching skills training with
“Yoga Expert Academy “. I will always be a
student of the practice and am deeply
grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers
have shared with me.

Why practice yoga?


Venue : I believe that everyone, even those who
need to practice completely from a chair
due to age, inflexibility, or injury, can

able to get more out of yoga than most

are used more equally as we age, we can
bring better overall awareness to yoga,
thus utilizing the mind-body connection
more effectively than younger students.

I will teach yoga for longevity and stress


relief, where you will learn to increase
mobility, manage pain, and improve mental
sharpness. It will be a one and a
quarter-hour session and we will practice a
combination of Hatha and Restorative yoga.

My hope is that you step off the mat


feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
