Motor 1 or 2 is faulty

1. Open the left and right sides and top cover of the machine
2. Find the position A1.A2.B1.B2 of the machine (as shown in figure)
3. Change the position of sensor and motor connector at A1.A2 with B1.B2, one at a time
(troubleshooting)
4. After the sensor and motor are replaced, the power supply interface of the main board also
needs to be replaced, and the positions of each other should be changed (as shown in the figure).

5. If A1 and B1 are replaced, the fault persists. You can remove the sensor fault
(If motor 1 failure becomes motor 2 failure, replace the position sensor)
6. The fault persists after A2 and B2 are replaced. You can consider replacing the motor
(If motor 1 failure becomes motor 2 failure, replace the motor connection cable)
7. If the preceding methods fail to solve the problem, replace the mainboard
