RESOLUTION NUMBERED___ Series of 2019

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE YEVGENY BAMBI EMANO, THE PROVINCIAL

GOVERNOR OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL TO FUND THREE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (3,500,000.00) FOR ROAD CONCRETING OF THE TUBAJON RELOCATION SITE, PUROK 5,
TUBAJON, LAGUINDINGAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, the Lower Quirino Hill Barangay has an existing alley from Lampac to Ortiz residence at
Purok 2 of this barangay, however, said alley is not used due to the absence of stairs and railings;

WHEREAS, the barangay council identified said project in order to better serve and create an accessible
pathway the constituents of the barangay especially to Purok 5 residents;  

WHEREAS, said project is a priority project of this barangay, however it cannot be realized due to
insufficient funds;  

WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the Sangguniang Barangay resolved of seeking
the assistance of Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental;

 NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in session, TO

RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THE HONORABLE YEVGENY BAMBI EMANO, THE PROVINCIAL
GOVERNOR OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL TO FUND THREE MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (3,500,000.00) FOR ROAD CONCRETING OF THE TUBAJON RELOCATION SITE, PUROK 5,
TUBAJON, LAGUINDINGAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their
information and appropriate action.

COTTAGES FOR THE TUBAJON AQUAMARINE PARK, TUBAJON, LAGUINDINGAN, MISAMIS
ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, Barangay Tubajon owns and operates an existing tourist destination of Misamis Oriental, the
Tubajon Aquamarine Park stage which was constructed in the 2015 and has improved for years through
the efforts of the Barangay Council;

WHEREAS, the barangay council is planning to provide four floating cottages as an additional facility and
at the same time attraction to the Tubajon Aquamarine Park;  

WHEREAS, said project is a priority project of this barangay, however it cannot be realized due to
insufficient funds;  

WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the Sangguniang Barangay resolved of seeking
the assistance of Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental;
  NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

WORTH ONE MILLION PESOS (1, 000, 000.00) AT TUBAJON COVERED COURT, TUBAJON,
LAGUINDINGAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Tubajon has an existing covered court. Said covered court cannot serve its
function due to its lack of bleachers for the audience to sit upon;

WHEREAS, said project is a priority project of this barangay, however it cannot be realized due to
insufficient funds;  
 
WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the Sangguniang Barangay resolved of seeking
the assistance of Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental;

 NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.
