Mr. Murtuza and Ms. Tasneem briefed Ar. Tahaer Zoyab about
the site and the existing conditions of the civil work as per their
knowledge, following which are listed below- 30+ yr old

bedroom with attached bathroom

LIVING AREA

The living space is to be transformed into a lobby area and work space for 3-4 employees

The entrance requisites a possible wider door and grill either by


fitting the door frame outside. Ar. Tahaer suggested a possibility

of converting the window beside to the new entrance and
covering the existing door.

Ar. Tahaer suggested a possibliltiy of treating the set back as an

entrance space with covering and installation of loose furniture

Ms. B mentioned that the motors, the cables and the drain pipes

need to be concealed through panelling.

Mr. Murtuza and Ar. Tahaer discussed the possibility of having

CORRIDOR

Ar. Tahaer brought to attention structural and plaster cracks in


the beams/ceiling which need to be fixed as soon as possible

The bedroom to be transformed to the main cabin for Mr. Murtuza and Ms. Tasneem

Following the visit, the clients communicated that the studio give

entrance; Option 2 a little more ambitious approach with decent
2 bathrooms and designed main cabin, and suitable doors with - - -
minimal false ceiling; Option 3 revamping the entrance to make it
wider and roofing the entance front, again with minimal false
ceiling
