- All most 30 trials of one acre treated + one acre control in different zone
Result- sugar recovery increases 0.19 % in mill test :
- Yield increases- 6.443 ton/ acre
- Net benefit to farmer- Rs. 12241 per acre @ sugarcane price Rs. 1900 / ton
- Net benefit to sugar factory- Rs. 41/ M.ton
- CBR Ratio to farmer- 1 : 12

We are planning (Process is underway) for testing our product at Regional

Sugarcane Research Station, Navsari Agriculture University, Navsari.
 Care to be taken while using Fungbact Sugarcane Kit
(1) Each and every microbe available in various bottles is a dormant form of living
microbes so require sufficient moisture at the time of field application of kit
(2) It may be possible that chemical pesticides may harm microbes available from
kit. So it is advisable to keep at least 10 to 15 day gap between their application.
Once microbes established in field we can use chemical pesticides.
(3) So many time it was observed that strong concentrated chemical fertilizer also
harm microbes so here also 8 to 10 day gap between their application is
advisable.
(4) If kit should be apply through drip it is advisable that kit solution must not be
applied from the starting of drip, but should be given at last 15 to 20 min. e.g. if we
run drip every day for one (1) hour , than first 30 to 35 min we should run drip
blank than apply kit solution for next 15 to 20 min and again run blank drip after
application of kit solution.
Recerch by various sicentiest from year after year have proved that soil is a
huge media for living as well as multiplication of various microbes and soil
support million of different species of microbes. These species also include
the microbes given in Fungbact kit. So if we applied all microbes available
from kit at a same time, they will not harm each other and in reverse it will
helpful to crop.

Sugar cane is the most important cash crop of South Gujarat. Adequate irrigation facility diverts farmers of South
Gujarat towards Sugarcane farming. But as Sugarcane is long duration crop it has to faces and fight with many natural
factors like diseases, pests and sudden change in environment. If such factors becomes more intensive farmer have
to suffer much more.
Among all harmful factor effecting to sugarcane, pest and diseases are of major important, as both these not only
reduce the growth of plants but in severity it also kill plants. So it is of prime important to control such a pest and
diseases. Now switch over to nutrition, as we see earlier sugarcane is long duration crop, it requires more nutrition as
compare to other crop. Only application of chemical fertilizer not fulfills the nutrition requirements of Sugarcane. As
human required enzymes to digest the food, plants also required such enzymes to convert the applied chemical
fertilizer like Urea, DAP, MOP from unavailable to available from acceptable to plant. Now the question arises that how
such enzymes produce in soil? The only probable answer to such question is to increases the population of
microorganisms in soil as this are the only sources which liberates the enzymes in soil. This enzymes help sugarcane
to take nutrition.
From our insisters this type of microbes is prevalent in our soil, but the population of such
microbes decreases from time to time due to adverse condition in soil. So if such microbes
are manually refill out in soil it will definitely helpful to sugarcane farming and ultimately
resulted in good production. Only for such reason “Pramukh Agri Clinic” after long research
prepared a combination of such useful microbes in a single kit i.e. “Fungbact sugarcane

Nitro-1 : Azotobacter spp.
Microbes : Nitro-2 : Acetobacter spp.

Fungbact Nitro :
Near about 78 % Nitrogen is present in atmosphere. The microbes present
in FB Nitro fix this atmospheric Nitrogen into the root zone of sugarcane crop.
These fix nitrogen then utilized by sugarcane as food. Due to this we can reduce
the nitrogenous fertilizer application. These microbes also secrete enzymes
which convert unacceptable form of Nitrogen from chemical fertilizer into form in

Microbes : Bacillus spp.

Fungbact Phospho :
Up to 40 to 50 percent of P2O5 (Phosphorus pentoxide) after separating
from Phosphatic fertilizer, became unavailable due to formation of bond (salt)
with cation like Ca, Mg, Fe etc. Microbes of FB Phospho release enzyme which
break bond between cation and P2O5 and make P2O5 free for consumption by
plants. By this cost of application of phosphatic fertilizer is reduced. Microbes
also release P2O5 deposited previously.
Mostly farmer uses DAP as a phosphatic source. As we apply DAP it get
dissolve and liberate P2O5 These P2O5 have negative valiancy so remain
negatively charge. In soil there is so many positive charged element is present
like Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca etc. so positive and negative get attracted and make fix bond.
These bonds become unavailable to plant and thus P2O5 become as un
available salt. Day by day these salts get deposited and soil becomes hard.
