Explain your answer:

1. How does mild anxiety of student in taking the test enhance their achievement level?
Mild anxiety of student in taking the test may improve awareness and lead to a
change. For example, if a student is anxious about math tests he can study more for that
subject in order to decrease the anxiety and get a high grades. A small level of anxiety can
actually help to facilitate learning and performance, they perform better on the test than
those with no test anxiety at all.

2. How does discrimination against minority student leads to more failure of the teacher?
Discrimination against minority of the student leads to a failure of the teacher since
the teacher failed to discipline the students, when this happened a teacher cannot control
his/her students. It may cause poor conditions of teaching, and may result a perceived fall
in academic learning quality of the students.

3. Explain the principle of confidentiality in administering the test.


It is important there is a confidentiality in accessing the test results of the students,
for the considerations of the security of the test content results and the exposures of
misunderstanding and comparing the test results that can affect the emotional factors of
a student especially when that student gets a low score. Every students need to know their
results and for the purpose, the results must be free of technical labels, readily
understandable and oriented toward immediate testing.

4. What are the advantages brought about by frequent testing of the teacher?
Frequent testing of the teacher have many advantages since it monitor student
progress, this includes to monitor student learning-measure what students have and have
not learned. It evaluate the outcomes of instruction of a teacher. It also motivate the
students by giving them positive feedback about their performance.

5. What is test wiseness in taking the test?


Test-wiseness is being good at taking test that is something that comes naturally
within someone instinct about the test content. It is the ability to respond advantageously
to items containing extraneous clues and obtain credit without knowledge of the subject
matter being tested.
