All exposed conduits are rigid galvanized steel (RGS). Conduit fittings are threaded. Final connections to cabinets are with
liquid tight flexible metallic conduit in lengths not to exceed 6 feet. Attachments to cabinets are made with metallic
gasketed threaded hubs or condulets. (Please show the entire length of the conduit run from one cabinet to the next. Also,
make sure all conduit are supported properly)

Grounding

Antenna(s) are installed properly with specific hardware. Antenna make, model, quantity and physical location are accurately as
represented in the drawings and RFDS. (Please show both antenna attached to the mounting brackets w/ the torque marks)
Power/Fiber cables are installed and color coded per intstall MOP at MMBTS, RRUs, and any intermediate points (i.e. wall
penetrations, pulls boxes, etc.) (Make sure the fiber octis ports are in a locked position)

RRU is grounded properly per Install MOP. (Make sure the ground lugs are 2 hole lugs w/ inspection windows and no-ox applied
b/w the lug and antenna)

Verify tower top jumpers are supported at no greater than 18" intervals from the connectors & every 24" thereafter.
(Please show the path of the cables supported properly from the antenna)
Fiber Jumper interface is properly installed and secured (IP/MPO, MFC, ODC)

Jumper fan tail is properly installed & secured.


Spare fibers are properly weatherproofed and secured. (Clearly show the Spare fibers)

Sector grounding wire & ground leads are installed with gradual sweeps and bends. Bends are no less than 6" in radius/
Ground leads are installed straight along the path to grounf without kinks or escessive bends. (Show the path of the
ground cable from the antenna to the ground bar)
Sector ground bar is bonded to the tower steel using UL approved bonding hardware or is bonded to the Tower Top Master
Ground Bar and the Tower Top Master Ground Bar is bonded to the tower steel. (Show the ground bar the antenna is
grounded to)

Sector verify ground wire lugs are two-hole, long barrel, and are sized for the ground wire. No-Ox or other anti-corrosive
has been applied between the lug and ground bar.. (Show the ground lug at the ground bar being to the antenna)
Sector verify ground lugs are crimped per the vendors recommendation with no deeply nicked or broken wire strands, and
that the wire insulation termination is within 1/8" of the barrel. (Show the ground lug at the ground bar crimped properly)

Antenna Azimuth information has been verified against RFDS with AAT upload in SV task 4134 [465] (+/- 3 degrees)
(Provide photos of the AAT tool attached to the antenna and a screenshot of the measurements)
