To Whom It May Concern,

This is to authorize the following person Czarina Jane H. Mojica-Capili et al, of legal of age,
Filipino and resident of Mendez Cavite respectively to look for the buyer of parcel of land particularly
describe as follows:

“A parcel of land with TD No. 06-008-00330-A and Cadastral Lot No. 2141, Cad-489-D specifically Lot
2147-C with lot area of 8,410 SQ.M. located at A. Dalusag, Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Cavite.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Seller Price is net at PhP600.00 and he does not give any incentives to the agent’s who’s
names are stated above.
2. The seller and the agent stated above agreed to sell the particular parcel land with OP.
