It is essential to develop a strong pool of theme wise Master Trainers at State and District level who can be gainfully utilised in imparting Capacity Building and Training to Elected Representatives (ERs) and functionaries at Panchayat level to enable them to effectively and efficiently contribute in the process of Localization of SDGs. 2. As requested by NIRDPR, States/UTs are requested to nominate theme wise State Level Master Trainers (SLMTs) drawn from SIRDPRIPRIT/SPRC/ETCs/ Master Trainers of GPDPIBPOP/DPOP/Panchayati Raj and Line Departments/ NIRDPR Certified MRPs, CSOs INGOs etc. and share full details to NIRDPR by 10” March 2022 under intimation to this Ministry. States/UTs are also requested to depute them for training to NIRDPR as and when asked for. 3. __ States/UTs are also requested to subsequently nominate at least 3-5 District Level Master Trainers (SLMTs) for each theme drawn from Faculty of ETCs/DPRCs/BPRCs including NIRDPR-Certified MRPs, former or present Elected Representatives, CSOs/NGOs etc who would be capacitated by SLMTs in cascade mode for creating pool of District Level Master Trainers (DLMTs). These DLMTs in turn would deliver field level trainings to ERs, functionaries of Panchayats and other stakeholders. 4.
