747 Restaurant

Living in Penang, there is one particular restaurant that holds a special place in my heart. I will review this
restaurant, called 747 Restaurant, located at Perak Road, Georgetown, Penang.

The owner of the restaurant, Miss Khaw decided to name it “747 Restaurant” because she was a stewardess
before in Boeing 747. She admired her past career a lot so she decided to make her restaurant feel like a
business class airplane. Starting from the exterior look of the restaurant, you will see a miniature Boeing
747 Airplane placed on the roof of the restaurant.

Next, the interior design of the restaurant is just phenomenal, the interior of the restaurant looks luxurious
and stylish. The restaurant is perfect with sufficient space to walk around. There are multiple table sizes for
different family groups and everywhere is decorated with photo frames on the wall. The tableware is
placed well to fill the ergonomic environment.

The menu has a complete list of their palatable dishes. There are a variety of cuisines such as Chinese
cuisine, Western cuisine and Thai cuisine. The best part is the chefs are professional and they obtain
certificates recognition by the Malaysian Government. On and off, those chefs will work together to create
a fresh and new dish that is rarely seen in other restaurants. I tried its “limited time offer” of curry chicken
with garlic and it was fabulous and it’s my favourite.

In conclusion, if you are the type of person who likes to enjoy delectable dishes and enjoys the ambience of
the restaurant, I will highly recommend this restaurant.
