Dear Sir/ Madam,

 I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction at the disgraceful treatment I received at


your restaurant The Happy Spoon yesterday afternoon.

Firstly, the food I was given was not I had asked for. I had ordered a salad and chicken
Lasagna. However, when your waiter brought me the food he claimed that I had ordered
the soup and the pizza. I insisted that it must have been a mistake since I hate soup.

Furthermore ,instead of offering me a change he said that impossible because they had no
salad or lasagna left. It had to be the soup and the pizza, whether I like it or not.

To make matters worse, I was deeply offended by the tone of voice of your waiter. He was
almost shouting at me and everybody at the restaurant was looking at me. He was really
impolite and unhelpful. .He refused to contact the manager when I asked to speak to him
about the incident.

As you can imagine, I am extremely upset, I must insist on an apology from the waiter
called John since I had to leave feeling really embarrassed and hungry.

I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
