2. Intended Users of “Real Estate”

Administrator:
The administrator has complete access. Admin can view seller and buyer details,
property details and generating report can also be done by admin and can check the
property status.

Buyer:
Seller should login and then view and update his/her details and property details
daily.

Seller:
Seller should login and then view and update his/her details daily. And can search
for the property depending on their requirements.

3. Role of each user and user characteristics

Administrator:
Admin should login to view newly registered properties and users. He will check property
status to know how many properties are sold then he remove sold properties and store
this removed records for future

Seller:
Seller should register his details like personal details, contact details, property details.
After registering, seller should login to view new appointments and update his details. If
he satisfies with buyer then he can accept appointment otherwise reject it.

Buyer:
Seller should register his details like personal details, contact details, requirement details.
After registering, Buyer should login to search property, if he interested in any property,
