To enhance our work to a more Efficient, Automated, Faster, and more Secure handling of HR
processes in the areas of Payroll, Employee Leave and Time Management, Contract
Management, and Personnel File Management, including Archiving and Reporting, we aim
at introducing data protection-compliant, digital software solutions in our Offices abroad.

The Expression of Interest (EoI) process shall identify suitable/potential shortlisted

candidates/suppliers who will be selected to participate in a Restricted Tendering Procedure.

Kindly note that registration and participation are free of cost and expressions can only be
considered in English language.

Enquiries concerning participation can be submitted through the eTender portal directly
from 27th April to 17th May. 2022 @ 16:30 CET.

Responses shall be submitted online through the eTender Portal no later than
Tuesday 31st May 2022 at 16:30 CET.

Please note that the Expression of Interest documents are available ONLINE ONLY, via our
eTender Portal and NOT in Hard Copy or EMAIL.
