    This resolves accused-appellant's Motion for

    Reconsideration, seeking the reversal of Our September 27,
    2018 Decision.2

    After a study of the grounds relied upon by the accused-


    appellant, We find no compelling reason to set aside Our
    Decision. The issues raised have already been amply resolved
    in the assailed resolution.

    ACCORDINGLY, the Motion for Reconsideration is


    DENIED for lack of merit.
