Hi:

My client has installed SAP GRC 10.1 (SP22).

We use SAP GRC Process Control, and we are using the Control Self-assessment process where the
Control Owner attach document during the assessment process.

We would like to know if there is a standard report to know in mass the document attached to the assessment
process of the control, even if it is possible we would like that the attached document was opened or
displayed directly from the report, pressing a link or buttom.

We tested adding the following column:

AS_DOCU_ATTACHMENT

AS_DOCU_ATTACHMENT_COUNT

AS_DOCU_LINK

AS_DOCU_LINK_COUNT

AS_DOCUMENTS

AS_DOCUMENTS_COUNT

to report ID =

F9A (Result of the Assessment/Survey)

But this solution it doesn't work

Nowdays the user to check the document has to navigate to the local control, assessment tab, open the
specific tab and here, go to the Document tab to check and open the document.

We would like to has a report similar to the document tab (See Attached Screenshot)

Dear Oasis,
Yes as you mentioned in your description, there are the fields AS_DOCU..., but it’s not possible to add the
direct link to the document.

Please raise this as part of enhancement request at customer influence portal when it is open.
Yes currently not supported for this to provide also any workaround.
