1) Legally Blonde is a 2001 comedy novel by American author Amanda

Brown,[2][1] with a copyright credit also going to Brigid (Bridget) Kerrigan.[1][3][4]

The novel was the basis of the 2001 film Legally Blonde which starred Reese
Witherspoon and its 2003 sequel Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde,[2] as well
as the 2007 musical Legally Blonde[2] and the 2009 direct-to-video film Legally
Blondes.
The novel was based on Brown's experiences while enrolled in Stanford Law
School
2) Elle Woods, a blonde University of Southern California sorority president
and homecoming queen, is deeply in love with her college sweetheart, Warner
Huntington III. When Warner enrolls in Stanford Law School and aims to find a
girl more serious than Elle to be his bride, Elle schemes a plan to follow him there
to win him back.
Faced with this unexpected reversal of fortune, Woods doesn't get depressed, she
gets busy.

Thanks to a creative application video and a demand for "diversity" at Stanford

Law, Elle gets admitted. Soon she's packing her convertible--as well as her pet
Chihuahua "Underdog"--and heading north, determined to win back her man.
Smart, fast, and funny, Legally Blonde proves how much fun blondes really can
have!
3) The outline of Legally Blonde originated from Brown's experiences as a blonde
going to Stanford Law School while being obsessed with fashion and beauty,
reading Elle magazine, and frequently clashing with the personalities of her peers.
4) In 2000, Brown met producer Marc Platt, who helped her develop her
manuscript into a novel. Platt brought in screenwriters McCullah Lutz and Smith to
adapt the book into a motion picture. The project caught the attention of director
Luketic, an Australian newcomer who came to Hollywood on the success of his
quirky debut short film Titsiana Booberini. "I had been reading scripts for two
years, not finding anything I could put my own personal mark on, until Legally
Blonde came around," Luketic said.
5) To be honest, Legally Blonde has been my favorite movie since childhood and I
recently found out about the existence of the book, and of course I decided to read
it. The plot of the book absolutely coincides with the film, I even got the
impression that I was reading the script of a film known to me, and not a book.
Because all the details, characters, images, the film and the book are exactly the
same. I would also like to note that the book, despite the year and slang content, is
written in a very simple and understandable language for me. The book is read in
one breath, it's incredible

6) I would advise you to watch the movie before reading the book, because in my
opinion the main actress, by the way, one of my favorites, she made this image and
completed the character. The book is ideal for plunging into the atmosphere of the
2000s, style, traditions, as well as language. When I read, I got the impression that
I was next to the heroes, with American heroes, and I understand them. Such
literature is suitable for those who want to move to America or the USA and for
those who want to delve into the spoken language, for those who are blonde or
love their aesthetic

Personally, I wrote down a lot of short expressions, answers, abbreviations,

colloquial idioms and slang expressions for myself. For me, as a philologist, this
was useful, but if you like books with complex plots and deep images, then Legally
Blonde is not for you. A good book for the evening, helps to distract from the
outside world and problems, plunges you into a place and events and you don’t
notice how even in English you have already read to the end. The plot teaches us to
never give up, not to think in stereotypes and live the way you want it. This is why
I love this author and his work. Easy, casual and meaningful.

7) Also, I would like to present you my favorite and most striking quotes from the
book Legally Blonde, you may have already heard from, and if not, then listen to
the advice and sayings of the very smart blonde El
