MY VALUES WORK STORY

Write a paragraph describing how you see your top 5 values in your work.
I really value trust in the workplace because I want my workplace to be a comfortable place for me so that
I can have good relationships with my co-workers and rely on them for team projects. A relaxed
environment is also important to me because I cannot handle too much pressure and don’t want my
workplace to be somewhere I despise going to. Balance is important because I want to have my personal
life separate from my work life. Diversity is also important in the workplace because it makes it more
interesting, and it will give me more exposure to different cultures. I also really need variety in the
workplace because working on the same tasks everyday will make everything seem so monotone.
