Barangay Ordinance No. 01-2019

BE IT ORDAINED by the Barangay Council of Kabuhi, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur,

during its session duly assembled, that:

Section I – Imposing a penalty to any person apprehended by the Barangay Tanod in

violation of curfew hour of Barangay Kabuhi, shall pay the following amount:

1st Offense – 200

2nd Offense – 300
3rd Offense – 500
4th Offense – Endorsement to PNP – Mahayag

Section II - Payment of the aforementioned penalty shall be made to the Barangay

Treasurer who shall issue the corresponding official receipt.

Section III -This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

ADOPTED this 06th day of February, 2019, on motioned of Kagawad Crispolo F.

Benoya duly seconded by Kagawad Rodulfo P. Alburo.
