Failure/Problem

Turbo can’t rotated

Symptom

Engine rpm drop 1000 when all functions relief condition.

History
Not have.

Cause & analysis

Crank sensor not good

Filter clogging
EECU abnormal
Wire harness damage
Injector not good
Hand pump and feed pump abnormal.
Rail pressure sensor damage.

Action

Firstly, We check the machine and start this engine. We found that CAC hose thin and shriveled. So, We
checked the turbo. It cannot rotate. Then we repaired turbo. And then we tested the m/c. It was ok.
