For the past few years, I have been eating at subway and have had nothing but compliments for how good the food has been. But just recently I had gone there and was treated with disrespect and my sandwich wasn’t cooked right, they didn’t put the right toppings on, and it took them forever for them to even give me my sandwich. At this point I was very confused because something like this has never happened when I’ve gone there before. I have never complained before, but this is something I felt had to be brought up. I don’t expect any refund or anything, but I hope this could benefit you in some way. Because this event took place and since I worked in the food business myself, I have a few suggestions that I think would only benefit you and your store positively.
