Human Resource System and Policies:

The Human resource system of lucky cement plays a critical role in the development and growth
of the company. At lucky cement we form and retain a motivated workforce fully equipped to
steer the company towards achieving its vision and mission through consistent focus on
grooming by the way of training and development in addition to providing them with markets
commensurate compensation packages.
The human resource system of lucky cement is as follows:
Recruiting:
The Company has a demonstrated track record of employing talented human resources across all
its functions, which ensures availability of competent personnel for each department, in terms of
an individual potential, qualification, experience and professional attitude among other factors.
Selection:
The company’s hiring policy is simple to identify, hire and retain the best talent. The company
hires its human resources without any regard to their caste, gender, age, religious, ethnic or
political affiliation etc.
Lucky Cement ensures that its activities do not directly or indirectly violate human rights at any
of Lucky Cements site (e.g. forced labor child labor). As a policy Lucky Cement does not hire
minors as workforce. Lucky cement provides for employment to differently abled persons,
wherever business requirements allow.

 Process of Selection:
Lucky cement receives online application for vacant job positions, these applications are filtered
on the basis of requirements of job description. The individuals who meet the requirement of job
description are short listed and called for the interview where they are asked job related
questions, experiences, past behaviors, the accomplishments and so on. This enables Lucky
Cement to determine the likelihood of a successful fit between the candidates.
To gain a deeper insight on candidate`s skills and capabilities further interviews are conducted.
This is another opportunity for the candidate to acquire a more in depth understanding about
Lucky Cement`s culture, values and endless opportunities. After the second round of interview
the selected candidates are informed that they have been hired.
