Subject:- APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF TWO YEARS LIEN IN
RESPECT OF ENGR. WAQAR AHMED, EXECUTIVE
ENGINEER (BS/18) B&R DIVISION DIAMER
Engr. Waqar Ahmed Executive Engineer B&R Division GBPWD Diamer
vide his application at (Annex-‘A’) has submitted a case for grant of three years lien
in his favour as Executive Engineer (BS-18) Works Department Diamer Region, as
the officer intends to join National Logistic Cell, Project Directorate North (PMU GB)
as Project Manager (BS-18) for the PSDP project “Ghizer-Shandoor
Expressway” on contract basis for a period of three years. The following documents
are attached:-
i. Original application of applicant.
ii. Appointment letter

2. As per rules, the Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan being the appointing

authority is competent to grant lien to the officers of BS-18 of Gilgit-Baltistan.

3. Therefore, it is recommended that 03 years lien in favour of Engr.

Waqar Ahmed, Executive Engineer (BS-18) Works Department Diamer Region w.e.f
01-01-2022 to 31-12-2024, may be approved, please.
