JOINT-AFFIDAVIT
We, Juan Jose R Maravilla and Ellena R Maravilla, both Filipino, of legal age, and
currently residing at ______________________________________________________, Philippines,
after having sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:
1. We are the buyers in the Deed of Absolute Sale dated 26 April 2021 recorded in the
Notarial Book of Atty. Generoso S. Fulgencio Jr. as Doc No 3, page No. 1, Book No.
VI, Series of 2020;
2. Upon presentation before the Registry of Deeds, it was found out that said
instrument did not mention our civil status;
3. Our civil status being a material fact for the issuance of a new Transfer Certificate of
Title in our name, the Registry of Deeds requested an affidavit stating our civil
status;
4. For that purpose, we unequivocally declare that we are both SINGLE;
5. We are executing this Affidavit for the above-mentioned purpose and for any other
legal purpose this may serve.
