and under Cold Chain Scheme of Ministry of food Processing with a grant in
aid of INR 1000 lakh,at 58-60 Dhanpura urf Padartha, Jwalapur, Haridwar
Uttarakhand for catering of 65 percent food and balance Medical Device
Park products scheduled to come up at Sidcul Haridwar with Japanese
collaboration of Uttarakhand Government but now shelved. Total project
outlay INR1900 Lakh including Irradiation, Mango Grading and Sorting 340
fruits per minute and Lypholization (Freeze drying) 150 Kg per day.

PhD from BHU Varanasi and retired as Vice President Johnson & Johnson
having credits of Developing Suture Manufacturing facilities and quality

A greenfield mega project for manufacturing of 300 TPD Malt from Barley. Project involved saladin
box malt line from Laussman Germany, mechanized grain storage, cleaning, grading and processing
biomass fired boilers with 2.2 MW cogen and carbon credits. State of the art Li-Br vapor absorption
system refrigeration 535X4 TR refrigeration utilizing waste process heat, zero water balance ETP,
Galvanized steel grain storage bins.

( Project stopped midway due to differences among promoters)

New Plastic Paint line Project – Varroc (Bajaj AutoLtd. Cluster vendor) Greenfield Project at

System involved Centralized conveyor system, washing line, cleaning, dryer tunnels, paint booths,
water treatment plant, air washers, humidification and ventilation, sludge treatment and ETP, fire
fighting system, hot water generator, piping for air, water, gas, insulation, ducting etc. Project
ownership responsibilities with time and cost control.
