Lok Adalat Report, in partial fulfilment of LL. B Final Year (2019), ADR (LB-602) Course.

Important Notes:
:Everything in font size 12, TNR FONT.
The report should not be more than 5 pages long, 1.5 spacing.
Whether it is to be submitted in soft or hard copy would be intimated to you in due course by the teacher. The
date of submission would also be intimated.

[In case it is collected in hard copy, it should be typed, properly bound/stapled. A simple taped binding would
also work. In case it is asked to be submitted on Google Class—the submission should be through your
institutional ID.]

ANY COPY PASTING FROM ANY SOURCE WOULD INVITE A ‘ZERO’ (0/10).

ALL IDENTICAL REPORTS WOULD GET A ZERO. Being a part of the same
court room/premises does not mean that what one writes would also be the
same, language-wise or otherwise.

The title page is with you. Apart from that the report may
contain the following:
◆ Introduction of the Lok Adalat/Mediation/Arbitration concept
◆ What you observed on the Lok Adalat/Mediation/Arbitration day
◆ Legal regulation or status of Lok Adalat/Mediation/Arbitration
◆ In case one visits a Lot Adalat, one may add points about Permanent Lok Adalat and how it
is different from a normal Lok Adalat
◆ What is your opinion of Lok Adalat/Mediation/Arbitration as a justice delivery system on the
basis of what you observed?
◆ Do you have any suggestions for improvement of the Lok Adalat/Mediation/Arbitration
system?
