The first scene starts off with a long-shot of the player walking into the college,
looking composed and listening to music that keeps him calm before entering the
changing rooms. We then move to a scene of him entering the changing rooms with
a friend talking and getting composed, to then a close-up of him getting changed into
his football gear and for when he changes into his socks and shirt or a game and
there are flashbacks from his past and remembering his roots. For example, for the
socks being rolled up, there is a flashback of him kicking the ball off the wall and
rebounding to him to practice his touch and passing. Then changes to a shot of him
changing into his football shirt and getting a flashback of him scoring a last minute
penalty. For the boots, there is a flashback of him getting a talk with the coach trying
to pump him up. Then when he’s getting his shorts on, getting a flashback to an
injury he picked up and coming back after a couple months out.

In the middle bit of the film we will see the player in the changing rooms with his kit
on and is getting pumped for the game. We then see a zoom in on the badge and
also him patting the badge to show us who he represents and what team he's on.
We then see the player getting energised before the game by drinking water and
eating some fruit but as the nerves start to hit he feels uneasy and has to slowly
drink and eat so he doesn't be sick. An extreme close up of the player's eyes as he
looks focused but also nervous at the same time. We then see an over the shoulder
shot of the manager talking to the player and getting him ready for the match.We
then see a low angle shot of him praying before the game starts and we also get a
close up of the player saying his prayer before the game starts to dedicate it to his
grandad.
After the manager is done talking and the player is done praying we see a long shot
of the player clapping his hands and shouting getting himself ready for the game. We
then get a tracking shot of the player walking out the changing rooms as well as an
extreme close up of his boots as he walks out to the hallway.
We see a long shot and also a tracking shot of the player running up the hallway. We
then see a medium shot of the player walking through the door and stepping on the
pitch. Extreme close up of his foot touching the grass. After that we see a long shot
of the player jumping up into the air and pointing to the sky. As he is about to step
over the white line we see an over the shoulder shot of a hand grabbing his shoulder
and dragging him back. It then cuts back to the hand of the manger in the changing
rooms waking him up from his imaginations. The manager then says “ these boots
aren't going to clean themselves are they?”. The Final shots is a very long shot of
him being the last in the changing rooms and also a high angle shot of him cleaning
all the players boots.
