Contractor Dress Code Policy
Contractors/vendorsengaged in work are required to wear company designated uniforms at all times. Company uniform
procedures are following:
1. FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT (P) LTD. will issue three uniforms (Reflective T-shirts) to each employee of the contractor as
part of Wells Fargo project. Contractor is responsible to sign & collect the uniforms.
2. Upon issue, the uniforms become the responsibility of the contractor for maintenance and care.
3. Company uniforms are only meant for designated projects and should not be worn/used in any other projects.
4. In the event of termination of contract or completion of work, contractors are required to return all issued uniforms
as part of the exit process. If all issued uniforms are not returned, SOLAS FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT (P) LTD. will deduct the
cost of the uniforms from the final payment of the respective vendor/sub-contractor.
If the contractor has questions regarding this policy or its implementation, they should contact the HR/Safety department.
