Electronic bids are invited under Single Bid (Credential Bid) system from bonafide Bidders who are
willing for transporting packed LPG Cylinders in trucks to and fro from following LPG Bottling Plants
under UPSO-II to various markets/ distributors and matching the prevailing lowest transportation rates
of IOCL as applicable to respective LPG Bottling Plants: viz Name of the Bottling plants: FARRUKHABAD

INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD (IOC), a Public Sector Oil Company invites
sealed offer from interested parties with sound credential for award of contract
for transportation of Indane LPG cylinders in vertical position on unit rate basis
Ex IOCL LPG Bottling Plants Farrukhabad as per the prevailing rates, terms and
conditions of the existing transportation contract finalised through Public Tender
as applicable to respective LPG Bottling Plants. The Public Tender documents of
respective LPG Bottling plants are uploaded along with this EOI. The contract
would be effective with immediate effect from issuance of LOI/WO and induction
of stack trucks at plant will be as per the validity of the existing contract and
further extendable on yearly basis up to the tender validity date as applicable to
respective LPG BPs at the sole discretion of the corporation.
The Fiver yearly Packed transportation contract is due on 09.12.2023

1. SCOPE OF WORK: - Transportation of Indane LPG cylinders in vertical position on unit rate basis,
in stack trucks to and fro from Farrukhbad LPG BP under UPSO-II to various markets/ distributors
within the State of Uttar Pradesh/ UTK and outside the State.

2. REQUIREMENT OF TRUCKS:- 37 trucks (306/342/360/450 cyl) capacity

The above additional truck requirement is indicative only and the final induction shall be at sole
discretion of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

Offer of Trucks:

1. The PT through EOI mode will be called at the prevailing L-1 rates and terms &
conditions of original Tender floated for respective LPG BPs. Escalation/de-escalation
of transportation rates, on the basis of HSD rates, shall be applicable on quarterly
basis as mentioned original tender terms and conditions.
2. Apart from the escalation/ de-escalation based on changes in rates of HSD, escalation
@ 5% on non fuel component (the finalized rate less the corresponding HSD
component) on 4th Year and another 5.0% on 5th Year shall also be given in line with
the tender provision as applicable to respective BP. While evaluating the extension,
it may be noted that the party’s performance as reported by respective Plant In-
Charges will also be a guiding factor.
3. Validity of contracts to be finalized through the EOI will be as applicable to the original
tender contract validity of respective BP.
4. Age of the truck, should not be more than 14 years as on closing date of EOI.
However, if the offered truck attains 15 Years of age at the time of induction or during
the contract validity period, the same is to be replaced by higher model of truck.
5. Trucks / parties black listed by Oil Companies will not be considered for award of the
contract.
6. Trucks offered under this offer should not be under contract with any Oil Company.
Such trucks will be considered only if a ‘No Objection Certificate’ is submitted along
with the bid from the Company with which said trucks are on contract.
7. In case same Truck is offered by two or more parties, then said truck shall not be
considered from any party.
8. The offer for contract should be submitted as per the format given below as
Annexure- A, on party’s letter head separately with copies of relevant documents
mentioned in the format duly signed and stamped and to be uploaded on e-Tender
site.
