FIRE FIGHTING

1) Mechanical Templates
2) Link Architectural.rvt file
3) Insert Fire Fighting.dwg file
4) System tab >> Plumbing and Piping panel >> Select Sprinkler >>Load Family (Fire Protection
>> Sprinkler) >>Select M_Sprinkler - Pendent - Fully Recessed - Hosted.rfa >> Click on Open
5) Go to Properties >> Click on Edit Type >> Duplicate >> Name it as 25mm Pendant >> Ok
6) Change the Nominal Diameter : 25 >> Ok
7) Select Place By Face >> Select the Ceiling >> Click to Place the Sprinkler
8) Select the placed sprinkler >> Go to Contextual tab >> Select Piping
9) Select Fire Protection Wet >> Ok
10) Select Edit System from ribbon
11) Select Add To System >> Select the other placed system (Connected in the same route)
12) Click on Finish
13) Select the Sprinkler >> Go to Ribbon >> Select Generate Layout
14) In the Option Bar >> Click on setting >> From the left window select Main >> Specify Offset
value as : 2900
15) Select Branch from left side window, Specify offset value as 2900 >> Ok
16) Go to ribbon >> Select Place Base >> Click to place the Base
17) Select the required Layout Type >>Click on Next or previous
18) Click on Finish
