e.g. be excited about going / forgive someone for doing sth e.g. People wear boots in order to keep their feet warm
By + gerund Infinitive of purpose
e.g. Turn off the TV by pushing the off button e.g. I turned on the radio to listen to a ball game.
Gerund as subject Too + adjective + (for s.o). + infinitive
e.g. Coming to class on time is important e.g. That box is too heavy (for me) to lift.
It + adj. +infinitive Enough + noun + infinitive / adjective + enough + infinitive
e.g. It is important to study regularly e.g. I don’t have enough money to buy a car.
