 My name is Ditmar Marcado Ramirez,  i am from Argentina

2. What touristic places have you visited in your country? Name three and give a
short description

 Cataratas del Iguazú (Misiones): It is an imposing waterfall, it is divided

between the Brazilian jungle that flows into the Paraná River and a large part in
the provinces of Misiones on the Argentine side.
 Glaciar Perito Moreno (Santa Cruz): The breaking of ice blocks in a 5-kilometer
fortress that rises to 60 meters at water level.
  Tren a las Nubes (Salta): In this railway work you will know what it is like to be
more than 4,000 meters from the ground.

3. What kind of "Faux pas" (Cultural rules and traditions) do yo consider foreigners
should keep in mind when visiting your country? Name 3

 It all starts late and ends late, Argentines like to take their time
 The economy is incredibly volatile, Argentines are used to weathering economic
storms
 The huge distances from place to place visit

4. How dild you celebrate important dates ( such as Christmas, New Year's
celebration, Halloween, etc.) Last year in your country?
Last year I made Christmas dinner and I was wrapping the presents. In New Year's Eve
I met with relatives, I also bought a car. On Carnival Tuesday I went to the parade with
my friends and they didn't dance. On Halloween I have worked to give sweets and
reward the best costume and on other special dates I have traveled to other places.

2. What touristic places have you visited in your country? Name three and give a
short description
• Cataratas del Iguazú (Misiones): I have visited this place on several occasions and I
admire the flora and fauna very much. It is one of the most beautiful places.
• Glaciar Perito Moreno (Santa Cruz): Last month I did a tour with my family and it was
a real show. It could also be evidenced that it is a very visited place due to the easy
access.
• Tren a las Nubes (Salta): This place is somewhat expensive, but I had a great
experience as it is something unique and feels a lot of adrenaline.

3. What kind of "Faux pas" (Cultural rules and traditions) do yo consider foreigners
should keep in mind when visiting your country? Name 3
• We Argentines like to start late and finish late, it is better to take our time
• I recommend that to travel from one place to another you have to have time and
patience, since the distances are enormous
• If you are going to visit Argentina do not forget to eat empanadas and the delicious
roasts, it is my favorite food.

I have been learning English for seven months

2. What activities have you done to learn English?

I have read regularly, listened to music, watched series and played on apps.

3. Why do you need to learn English?

Because I need to know other cultures, different ways of thinking and improve my
lifestyle.

4. Why do you want to be part of this website?

I want to belong to this website because English is very fundamental and I will travel
the other year to France, therefore it
is of great importance.
