Cheesy Eggplant Meatballs

Ingredients:
1/2kl. eggplant
2pcs. Onion
3cloves garlic
4grams chicken
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
1cup bread crumbs
40gram cheddar cheese
Cooking Oil

Procedure:
1. Cut eggplants into cubes.
2. Soak the cubes eggplant into the water.
3. In preheated pan, add 1tbsp. of cooking oil.
4. Soute the mince garlic until golden brown.
5. Soute the chop onion.
6. Cook mince chicken.
7. Add cubes eggplant, salt and pepper.
8. Stir fry until eggplant will become tender.
9. Transfer into bowl; allow to cool down
10. Once get cold, add bread crumbs; mix until well combined.
11. Scope as your desire portion to make a ball.
12. Place cheese on the center.
13. Deep fry meatballs over medium heat, cook until golden brown.
14. Serve.
