PLANS FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
The strong focus on HSE culture will continue in 2022 as relentlessly as ever. To improve
upon the health and safety levels of 2021 demands even more effort from everybody.
Collectively we can achieve an injury free operation accompanied by reduced asset
losses / damages if we ensure:

 Continued awareness, management and control of daily risks arising from

our various work processes and activities

 Continued supervision & monitoring commitment in the drive towards

improving and sustaining a healthier and safer work environment.

 The right approach, attitude and behaviour amongst the workforce

towards safety matters via HSE recognitions, awards and incentives
schemes

 Introduction of HSE campaigns and sensitizations that will aim at

improving the overall and company-wide safety culture and
consciousness of roles, responsibilities and accountability to safety.

 Enforce all contractor & subcontractor to pass through the Company

safety induction for the right and safe pattern of operation with our facility
2021 HSE Performance Review 14
PLANS FOR IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
 Improve competency – enhancement of own staff and sub-contractors

 Supervisors to resume ownership of safety in various areas of operations

 Every individual must henceforth perform his or her job in a safe and
responsible manner, complying with all safety requirements and looking out
for the health and safety of himself and his colleagues

 Continued consequence management sanction on PPE violators to

forestall a PPE compliance workplace culture

 Raise more safety awareness by encouraging employees

involvement in H & S matters

 Firm up on stop work authority policy for all risk bound operations

 Reinforce procedures, rules, standard compliance by staff and

sub-contractors

 Finally talk to your sectional head about safety concern to also

be given top priority as production
