while doing our work immersion in our school.

We did a sample resume and application letter.

We also bake Basic Soft Roll and Swiss Roll, Individual and by Groups.

OBJECTIVES OF THE IMMERSION


1.Appreciate the importance and application of the principle and theories learned in school.

2.Enhance their technical knowledge and skills enrich their skills in communication and human
relations and develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciations and respect for work.

DURATION OF WORK IMMERSION

2 Weeks that consist 80 hours work immersion

Place of training / immersion is at PONSO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (PNHS)


Located at Ponso , Polangui , Albay

DAY 1 OF WORK IMMERSION


Making the application form.

REFLECTION:

Day 1, we had a lesson on how to make an application form and our teacher ask us to make our own
application form.

DAY 2 OF WORK IMMERSION


Making of sample resume.

REFLECTION:
On day 2 we had a lesson on how to make a resume and our teacher ask us to make own Sample
Resume.

DAY 3 OF WORK IMMERSION


Making and Baking Basic SOFT ROLL (by group)

REFLECTION:
In day 3 we bake the basic soft roll by group consist of 2 student in one group, we learn on that day
how to bake. We learn the different kinds of ingredients, the procedure and etc. about making soft
roll.

DAY 4 OF WORK IMMERSION


Making Basic SOFT ROLL (individual)

REFLECTION:
In day 4 I make a Basic Soft Roll.

DAY 5 OF WORK IMMERSION


Making and Baking SWISS ROLL CAKE (by group)
REFLECTION:
In day 5 we make / bake a swiss roll cake (by group), we learn how to make meringue, how to make
icing and how to make batter mixture .We learn how to decorate cake. We learn how to use every
ingredients and to use every tools in baking.

In day 8 we make again a SWISS ROLL CAKE.

REFLECTION:
On that day, we had a lots of fun and we learned all the things that we can learn in baking.
Giving the acknowledgement and very grateful of the last day that we’ve baked with our beloved
teacher who teach us all the way till we make it perfect.

In day 10 we review all of the lesson, ingredients , procedure and getting ready for taking up NCII.
