Dear Sir;

To speed up and make our COVID-19 Vaccination drive more successful and efficient,and in
support of the National Immunization Program,we need to undergo transitions into digitalization
and online system.

With the technical training and support of the Department of Information and Communication
Technology (DICT),there is a need to establish the DICT-Vaccine Administration System (D-
VAS) as a part of the Vaccine Information Management System (VIMS).Both consists of
immunization for masterlisting and pre- registration for vaccination and D-VAS for directory of
vaccine recipient.

Also under the DICT and DOH, the VaxCertPH ,or vaccine certification system would be
implemented for our constituents whose travels requires such in which the data could be
accessed thru VIMS records.

In these regard,we are requesting for the following Devices and Equipments prior to its
implementation and technical training.

FOR VIMS FOR VAXCERT

1) 3 tablets PC (7 inches) 1) at least 1 Set DESKTOP PC (ideally 2)

2) 3 laptops (O.S.Windows 10 above) 2) 1 Printer/Scanner
3) Portable Prepaid Router (WIFI) 3) 1 Webcam
4) 1 Tablet PC with phone
5) 1 Set Computer Table/Chair
