Below, I am going to give 5 points to look into when


looking for a suitable supplier:

1.Location.
The location of the supplier is pretty important, not only to keep shipping
costs down but to be able to supply within the timeframe required. Being
on top of shipping costs and picking a supplier that is within you desired
shipping budget will enable you to keep costs as low as you need and in
the long run will encourage higher net profits. As well, you need
suppliers that will supply your product as soon as possible. A timeframe I
suggest to keep your customers waiting at absolute max is 2 weeks.

2.Accountability.

A good supplier will allow you to request a product sample to approve
before moving ahead with mass production, you can get an idea of
whether the factory can meet your product requirements. You can also
send the sample to a lab for testing to confirm product standards. Being
able to get a sample will allow you to know that what you are sending
customers is exactly how you want things to be.

5.Communication
You’ll benefit from working with a supplier with good communication
skills. Language and cultural barriers can present real challenges so
effective communication can prevent a variety of problems. Open and
direct communication is one aspect of a good supplier. They know that
you may have made commitments to your own customers, and it doesn’t
help to keep you uninformed about a bad situation. If there’s a change,
they tell you upfront. If they need clarification about your requirements,
they ask for it.

•Know and understand their hours of business, their insurance and


liability structure, and their returns or damage policy.

•Good suppliers will be compliant with regulations and systems.

•Have other suppliers so that if needed you may purchase from them if

HOW TO DEAL WITH DROPSHIPPING RETURNS &


REFUNDS

1. The customer requests a return on an item.


You Should: Acknowledge the request, find out why the customer wants
to return the item, contact the supplier and the ask for an RMA (Request
Merchandise Authorization) number. Next step is to apologize to the
customer and assure them that you will fix the problem regardless of
who is at fault.

2. The supplier decides to honour the return request.


You Should: If the customer is going to be making the return straight to
the supplier, then provide them with the RMA and the return address.
Depending on the return policy of the supplier, you might have to RMA
number on the return shipping label rather than the packing or shipping
box. Remind your customers to buy a tracking number if they are
responsible for shipping.

3. The Package arrives.


You should: If the package was delivered to you, then you should check
for damages and take pictures as proof for your supplier, then ship it to
the supplier. However, if the package was sent to the supplier, then you
should try to maintain frequent contact with the supplier to know when
the package gets to the warehouse. Lastly, try to get a refund or have
them replace the item.

4. The customer gets a refund or a replacement.


You Should: Reach out to the customer via email to ensure that they
received the goods and that it is in good condition. Alternatively, if the
request was for a refund, then send them a refund and a mail to make
sure they got it.

Disruptive Content ad policy, which helps keep the ads that our users
see high quality.

What’s changing?

On Tues 8/1 we’re going to improve enforcement of the Low Quality or


Disruptive Content policy. Specifically, we expect to detect and
disapprove more "celeb-bait" ads containing clickbait or engagement bait
featuring public figures. These ads violate our Low Quality or Disruptive
Content advertising policy, and we will continue to disapprove them.

Low Quality or Disruptive Content


Ads must not contain content leading to external landing pages that
provide an unexpected or disruptive experience. This includes
misleading ad positioning, such as overly sensationalized headlines or
prompts for users to inauthentically interact with the ad, and leading
people to landing pages that contain minimal original content and a
majority of unrelated or low quality ad content. For more information on
what we consider low quality, visit our Ads Help Center.

Allowed Examples:

Quality or Disruptive Content ads, including clickbait or engagement bait
ads featuring celebrities and other public figures. There are many ads
featuring or referencing public figures or celebrities that are allowed on
Facebook and that are useful and relevant to people -- for example,
news publisher content promoting journalism about public figures.

Why might this matter to me?

Ads that are flagged as Low Quality or Disruptive Content are not
allowed on our ad platform. Our initial analysis indicates that
[ADVERTISER NAME] may be impacted by the enforcement update on
Tues 10/8. If any of your ads are flagged as Low Quality or Disruptive
Content, Facebook will send a notification in your Facebook ad creation
interface (e.g. Ads Manager).

What should I do?

The best method for complying with this enforcement update is to is to


review your ad for low-quality attributes and remove them. We
recommend familiarizing yourself with the Low Quality or Disruptive
Content ad policy and this Help Center article for more information.

What happens if I feel my ads are mistakenly flagged as Low Quality or


Disruptive Content? In that case, once an ad is flagged, you can appeal
the decision directly through the policy banner in the ad creation
interface, or through this general form here.
